Does the check cost me anything?
No. The check of your loan and leasing contracts is free of charge and non-binding for you. We only charge a success fee if we actually recover money for you.
Can I also recover something for loans I have already repaid?
Yes, in many cases. Loan and leasing contracts that have already been repaid or ended can also be checked. Important: claims can become time-barred – so have your contract checked as soon as possible.
Which documents do I need?
The loan or leasing contract and the ID of all borrowers – you upload both directly in the form. This can be an ongoing, already repaid or refinanced loan. We will send you the power of attorney as soon as we have your details.
Do I have to cancel my loan or switch banks?
No. The check and recovery are independent of whether your loan is still running. You neither have to cancel nor switch banks.
How high can the recovery be?
That depends on the individual case. In our experience, typical cases average over € 1.000,- per customer – however, we cannot give a guarantee.
What happens if nothing can be recovered?
Then you incur no costs – we work exclusively on a success-fee basis.
Who handles the process with the bank?
We take care of communication and processing for you – you do not have to deal with the bank yourself.
